I’m redesigning some of the SolarSeek icons to make them look better or more accurately representing their functionality. Here is a preview of some of the new icons. The first row shows the preferences toolbar, second is the main window toolbar and the last row is the sidebar. It’s up to you to find out what each icon does exactly ;-).

Looking good, but many of those icons are somewhat ripped of Camino and stuff :P

@Zoot: You would be very wrong. None of the icons or their styles are “rippped” from anything.

there is no concrete ripping off in it’s meaning of a “copy paste” action. if you mean by ripping off that the icons share a “common sense” of iconography then you are right. it is always important to have a relation to globaly understandable information transportation and a unique formal aspect of an icon. apple has also a very decided “look and feel” for its icons that plays an important part in the way you experience a mac.

@auried that’s what I meant… those start/pause/stop buttons remind me heavily of Camino and I haven’t seen them in any other app, so… the rest look good to me, quite detailed and usable.
